Seeking Director of Lay Ministries
Christ U. M. Church in Lansdale (Central District) seeks an outgoing disciple of Jesus Christ to direct members and worshipers in serving God in the church, community and wider kingdom. We prefer a Christian with experience in the Equipping Church model, spiritual gifts and recruiting/coordinating volunteers in a large congregation. These 20-hour responsibilities entail managing the volunteer effort, small group development, volunteer database management, and training persons in active discipleship.
